Applicant Eligibility 

Child dependent of an Active Duty or Reserve Service Member, E4 or below who is assigned to the Wiesbaden Military community.

OR Child dependent of a DoD Civilian or Contractor who is eligible for free or reduced lunch and assigned to the Wiesbaden Military community.

Process

1.   The applicant will turn in an application form within thirty (30) days of purchase, including all required documentation.     

2.   Recipients can only receive one credit through the “Bright Eyes” Program within the current school year (the school year ends on the last day of school for students per DoDEA).

3. The applicant did not receive any other funding towards the purchase, e.g., insurance payments or other financial aid.

4.    Parents of dependents do not have to be members of the WCSC to participate.

Credits are available until funds are exhausted; the WCSC reserves the right to deny incomplete or late applications.
